Foam glass REFAGLASS®
Since 1995, the RECIFA Company had been trying to answer the question, what do with the rest of the glass sliver from the glass recycling lines? A new production line for foam glass manufacturing provided the solution.
REFAGLASS foam glass is a heat insulating material, manufactured from glass, which is 100% recyclable. It has excellent qualities, thanks to which it can be used in many spheres of the building industry. Moreover, REFAGLASS meets the requirements of the ČSN EN 13055:2 standard, which guarantee the right production procedure and the required material quality.
The production technology aims at processing the waste shiver from the container glass. During the foam glass production, chemical agents are used, which do not burden ecology or the environment.
As a manufacturer of the REFAGLASS foam glass, RECIFA became one of the few European producers, who realize the maximum potential of the waste glass sliver in the form of a production raw material.
